Yoga & Meditation

Our yoga classes are offered by therapeutically focused yoga teachers. 


Kelley Annese E-RYT 500

It was through yoga & meditation in her early 20's  that Kelley first experienced true peace and harmony in her body, mind & spirit.  A magical gift that has shaped the last 25 years of her life.  

Yoga is a lifestyle, and so much more than just a physical practice.  In her various offerings from weekly all levels classes to monthly workshops, her goal is simple; 

leave class feeling whole again :)

Why I teach

"Yoga and meditation has helped me to manage chronic pain from autoimmune conditions that I have had since I was a child.  From joint stiffness to abdominal pain, both yoga and meditation have been a life preserving balm.

Yoga does not cure illness or disease, but it sure as heck can help you manage it and help you enjoy life. 

Through these practices I have gained a better sense of what my body needs, through increased body and mind awareness to a fine tuned intuition.  I know how profoundly healing and balancing the right yoga practice can be for someone, and it is my mission to help you find your way:)

What I teach

*Integral Yoga certified 500 hours

*Kundalini Yoga certified 260 hours

*Integrative Yoga Therapy certified 103  hours

My classes are therapeutically focused for safety and ease in your practice.  Classes are slow, mindful and infused with intentional breathing.  Don't take my word for it, come try a class and see for yourself !  I look forward to seeing you.

Private sessions with Kelley

Private yoga & therapeutic movement

$100 for 75 minutes

I specialize in helping people live in a pain free  body through movement gentle practices such as yoga, pilates, breathwork & somatics.  Sessions may include energy work or bodywork or assisted stretches if that is what is needed to find ease.  Email kelleyannese@gmail.com or text me at 415-205-7914

Bedtime Yoga with Kelley 

This is a 60 minute all levels class to unwind from your day with gentle & restorative yoga, myofascial release techniques and deep relaxation.
